It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I fund myself in a position of debt unexpectedly after being unable to secure a job after being made redundant in my last year of employment. An Amazing, Life-changing Service

At a time of my life when I have been undergoing unbelievable stresses and upheaval, Step Change have been quite literally life changing. The are totally professional and their communications have been outstanding. The fact that you can choose to deal with the by phone or entirely online makes things much easier for those people who are struggling with anxiety or are feeling ashamed. Brilliant service and stress relief

Absolutely brilliant service from them helping me out while I was at rock bottom and not being able to sleep and worrying all the time. They are so friendly,supportive and reassuring. Friendly and reassuring

Over 20k in debt, struggling and in state of panic to pay on time and sinking further into a hole with no sign of light, spoke to step change who were absolutely brilliant, friendly and reassuring through each step, made everything clear. Now I can see a light at the end of the tunnel, still paying all my creditors and my mental health and wellbeing is far greater than what it was, I'm so glad I spoke to step change and got everything back on track. Step up

Debtconsolidation has always evaded me until Step change. With it, I have done things that wouldn't be possible. That's freed up some time. And some energy in which I can think can do something else now. And to lose it. Would affect me more ways than one and probably a lot of other people that use it as well.
