I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Great support and advice.

I ask for advice and help with my debt problems and was given great advice and help, I had a payment plan set up with ease and they dealt with the company's I owe money to, nothing was to much trouble and I did not feel judged or useless. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

Saved my life

Having never been in debt after losing my job I didn't know where to turn, I had mental health issues and anxiety from COVID. The team were amazing treated me with respect and they sprung into action straight away to get my life back. I do not know where I would be without them to me the are part of the emergency services. Life Saving!

This service is absolutely phenomenal and to put it frankly, They Saved my Life. Not only have they helped me with my finances and to get total control of my life but they have spoken to me and advised me wisely, fairly and empatheticalky.. Fantastic organisation

After battling with myself day to day with regards to obtaining debt advice, I finally made the call and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. Every one I spoke to was so helpful and spoke to me in great detail in regards to my options.
