It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Made life liveable again

Help when I needed it

I was drowning in debt and after a bogus phone call from someone who said they could help me I contacted Stepchange. I am so glad I did because their help and advice has really helped. The person who handled my call 2 years ago was non-judgemental, listened to my story and pointed me to the right help.
