It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I do not know where I would be right now, if it was not for Step Change.

I have been with Step Change for a fair period of time, and they are brilliant. I am far approaching the end of my DMP now, but if ut was not for the calm, non judgemental, professional and friendIy advisors at Step Change iwouldnot if coped with the financial situation that I was in when I first got in contact with Step Change. Brilliant for putting your mind at ease

I was embarrassed initially by having to contact StepChange but I realised I couldn't go on with my then financial position. They immediately put my mind at rest and helped massively.
