I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Life changing

Step change has changed my life around . I have been in debt for a while and would have panic attacks and could not sleep due to the worry . I got InTouch with step change and after a lengthy chat going through what I can afford I can now pay back my debts at an affordable amount each month . The stress has been a weight lifted of my shoulders . My credit score is also improving . So a massive thankyou for your help step change . There is light at the end of the tunnel . Step change has helped me through some harrowing financial trails. Professional and absolutely brilliant.

Understanding and helpful

Whilst no one wishes to be in a position whereby we need the assistance of a DMP, the staff at Stepchange make it a considerably more pleasant experience than one may think.
