It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Always very helpfull

I got into debt, through no fault of my own, I developed liver cancel, and had a major operation, where half of my Liver was removed, by surgeons at the Royal Marsden in London.— as a result,Typically, of this country, and Goverment, my Pension was STOPPED, because I was in hospital, and being kept by the NHS!— however, the hospital put me on to STEP—change charity, who helped me manage my debts, and pay back my creditors, thank you Step-change, for your help.
