It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Advised me to do an IVA and I ended up in more debt

I was unemployed, 3 children and renting. I now know I qualified for a Dro. My Iva failed and I am now doing a Dro but this should have been the advice in the first place. They didn’t want to know when I asked for help Reviewed on: 17th August 2021
