It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Life changing

Prior to StepChange our life was a constant worry, then when bills weren’t getting paid and debt spiralling out of control we felt the only way was declaring bankruptcy and losing the house. Our financial advisor suggested SC. Since then we have our lives back, over half the debt has been repaid, all bills get paid on time, we can afford modest Holidays and most of all our family is happy. We are still some way off being totally sorted but we can definitely see light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I can’t thank SC enough for giving us our life’s back. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

A lifesaving charity

We were using payday to cover the credit card bills and then relying on the credit cards to eat and live. A horrible stressful juggle of finances. Step Change did not judge our dilemma and helped us every step of the way to becoming debt free. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Some years ago due to various circumstances my money problems became unmanageable.I approached Stepchange ( in it's previous incarnation) .They were non-judgemental and took a lot of time making sure that the right solution was put in place.Since then they have always been understanding when odd emergencies have occurred.I am now getting towards the end of debts and cannot praise them highly enough. Best debt management

Step Change takes away the worries of debt

Step Change set up a DMP for me and I snow sleep at night. Due to illness I was unable to work and pay my credit card bills. I am now on track to be debt free.
