It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Literally a life belt in a sea of depression

Feeling suicidal and depressed after loosing my job and been out of work for 12 weeks I couldn’t keep up with my debt repayments. Excellent empathetic service

I was in a very bad and worrying situation after paying for an unexpected funeral and I could not see any way out of my distressing situation . Non judgemental and supportive

I cannot put into words how this organisation has supported me and my husband. Each and every advisor I have spoken to have been consistent, supportive, knowledgable and most seriously have saved me, as at times I felt that the sleepness nights and constant worries of our debts were causing too much for me to bear on a day to day basis.
