Faultless

We were struggling so much with a low income, then out mortgage provider recommended Stepchange, so we rang them. Much needed support from a trusted company

When things started to get on top of us during the lockdown, we didn't know what to do and suffered in silence for quite some time until one of our credit card companies recommended Step Change if we were struggling financially. As we have never been in this situation before, we did not know what to expect but straight from the initial contact, their friendly advisors put us at ease and guided us through the whole process which involved us following their easy to understand online services. We have now been with them for 2 years and found our stress levels much better and whenever things get difficult (due to spiralling bills we are all facing), they are always on hand to guide us through and get us into a position where we can afford to keep everything paid on time in a way that is manageable and easy to keep track of online. Definitely recommend if you are like us and struggling in what to do, don't bury your head, get in touch with a friendly, trusted company who will help you every step of the way! Amazing staff

Step change have helped turn my life around for me and my family. After losing my job due to covid I was unable to make my repayments and they were there.
