I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Changed my Life!

Step Change are the kindest, most helpful company out there! My DMP has changed my life, I no longer worry no where near as much as did as you only pay what you can afford. They are always helpful and polite when you talk to them and are really understanding. I would definitely recommend them if you’re overwhelmed and need help to get your head above water. Perfect customer support

Absolute superb assistance, a great team to deal with. All are so kind and understanding and everything was dealt with efficiently and with no hassle.Been with these guys for a few years now with a DMP and although i'd obviously prefer that i wasn't i have been happy with the way that every thing has been handled. I just can’t tell you how much Step Change has helped me . When I thought there was no way out, I contacted them , thinking they just going to be like the rest . Zero pressure zero judgment

This company is amazing, after the shame of racking up over 20k worth of debt we didn't know where to turn, but after contacting stepchange they contacted all our creditors and have been paying a mangable month payment for 6 years now, and even in the yearly review when I have worked out I can pay more they have always double checked to make sure I'm not short changing myself.
