The help and direction I needed.

Without Step Change, I have no idea where I would be right now. The help and advice I received was exactly what I needed, they understood all my problems and where they had come from. Everybody I talked to were understanding and compassionate with sound advice and also the easiest people to talk about not only my financial issues but how it was affecting me and my family too. If anyone I know is ever in any financial trouble or just wants a bit of advice I would definitely recommend speaking to the people at Step Change. Thank you for all your help, MB. Loyal and Committed to Clients

Ever since circumstances beyond my control drew me to StepChange's door due to prolonged illness, the much needed STABILITY with regards to my spiraling and uncontrollable debt became present. What had exacerbated my poor situation was that I had to overcome so much ignorance I had regarding my position. Their support was with debt management was the turning point to me being confident with keeping on top of my bills and my spending.

When I found Stepchange I had been convinced that I would be stuck with my debt forever. I was overwhelmed and could not see a way out. They helped me set out a financial plan with which I paid toward my debt in a manageable way. I am now 3 months away from paying it all back. Stepchange took all the stress and sorry away. Really friendly, not judgemental in any way just sensible clear sound advice. If there are any issues I just phone them and they help me sort it out. Easy, Peasy, with StepChange

Our debts are still there but StepChange take away the stress and worry and make it so easy to carry on paying off the debts a little at a time. Anyone who has debt problems should have a chat with them, they are nice people. Reviewed on: 19th June 2021
