Fantastic service

I’d spent years struggling, and feeling ashamed because I was struggling, and I eventually reached breaking point. That’s when I turned to Step Change for help and I wish I’d done it sooner. They have been incredibly supportive, everyone that I’ve spoken to has treated me like a decent human being, my mental health has improved and I can now see light at the end of the tunnel. Getting rid of sleepless nights

From sleepless nights and restless days with the help from step change and their wonderful staff I have peace of mind and iam now in the final stages of completely being debt free and would certainly recommend them to every one Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021

They showed me a light at the end of a very long dark tunnel

Dealing with a pandemic was bad enough but then working in aerospace industry that has been impacted hugely I was furloughed for over 8 months and my wage was cut in half for the whole time. Financially I didn't know which way to turn I was fine picking up my Norma wage but picking up furlough wage just wouldnt pay my bills.
