Most understanding and non judgemental organisation you can find

At the times when we needed most, StepChange was there for us, not once but several times to understand and advice, not judge, give you a sense that you are not alone, although I haven’t met anyone or know anyone, it’s a very good feeling to know that you are speaking to someone who is empathetic and genuinely helpful not trying to take your money, I fact help you to deal with money difficulties.
