Not too long ago I was coping with my finances just fine, but then I lost my job and didn’t know where to turn The debt was mounting up and had many defaults on my payments, I was struggling. But then I found StepChange and it literally changed my life, it was so simple too, they made sure everything was affordable to your circumstances. One simple monthly sum dispersed to all creditors. Step Change restored my peace of mind.

I'd built up quite a bit of debt but then a change of circumstances sent it spiraling out of control. This caused a considerable amount of stress, but Step Change helped me get it back under control by negotiating an affordable repayment plan with my creditors. StepChange has been amazing, at a time I was battling with depression and anxiety StepChange really put my mind at ease and supported me with my financial situation, I now feel like I’m getting my life back together, I feel like the constant worry of bailiffs worried letters from lenders has stopped since StepChange entered my life. Literally lifesavers

We were at our lowest, desperate and believed there was no way out of the vicious circle we had found ourselves in. Stepchange changed all of that. They did not judge but offered solutions. It was the answer and guidance we needed and we cannot praise them enough. We started being able to sleep and look forward to the future. I personally cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, help and understanding and the empathy they showed and for once I didn’t feel inadequate, guilty and ashamed of how we had let our finances spiral out of control through personal circumstances changing and trying to cope but knowing there was no way out until of course we spoke to Stepchange, who changed our lives for the better. The feeling of relief when step change sorted out a dept plan was overwhelming. They’re so patient, taking their time to go through everything with you.
