I was scared, overwhelmed and had no idea where to turn with the situation I was in. I called and there was no judgment, they were so patient explaining my options and the impact it would have on my credit score etc. I felt listened to and was just so grateful. Every time I call to speak to someone they’re kind, patient and so friendly. I have now finished my DMP and they congratulated me and it was just lovely. Let stepchange change your life.

I was completely overwhelmed, felt like there was no way out, then someone recommended Stepchange. They completely changed my life. I have since recommended them to a family friend. Though there are lots of questions to answer and it seems a lot to do it is well worth the effort for the peace of mind.
