I was so out of my depth and getting worse. I contacted StepChange and they were non judgemental right from the start. They put me on a payment plan while allowing me to still have a life and enjoy things. It wasn’t easy and it took several years, but I am debt free. I cried when I got the letter congratulating me. I had got myself into a serious debt situation and had tried to solve the issue by trying to use multiple credit cards but that did not work it made everything worse. I turned to Stepchange who helped me to manage my repayments and how to budget my incoming and out going finances. The relif from the anxiety I had brought on myself was immense. Don’t hesitate call them they will help you

I was in a lot of debt but step change sorted a debt management plan for me that I can afford. I don’t worry about it any more i pay the about I can afford each month and they do the rest. Best thing I ever did. My credit score has even improved as been on dmp over 6 years it’s all good.
