Dare to hope,!

I have been very ill with cancer. During my treatments I took my eye off the ball as the saying goes. Was too ill to deal with post and many many calls from people demanding money. I was becoming paranoid about the phone,the postman. Well debts don’t go away I didn’t know where or who to turn to, my life was such a mess, I was even contemplating ending it all. A friend came here and said why don’t we ring Stepchange the debt charity. I had nothing to lose but from that very first call, they made me feel like we can sort this out together and took me through every single step. Every person I spoke with was efficient,nothing was too much trouble, kind and compassionate. Made me feel like perhaps I could live a life. Am not the only person this happens to. Quite a bit of paperwork which I found daunting but even if I was stuck on silly questions I always got a real person to speak with. I can’t praise them high enough Reviewed on: 27th August 2024

Best Debt Management Organisation Ever

Step Change gave me a new lease on life - overwhelmed by debts, I found help in managing my financial difficulties and gaining peace of mind and relief from all the permanent stress due to my money worries. They proved to be a shield between me and my creditors and they arranged a very affordable payment plan. Their staff is very understanding and knowledgeable and they dealt with my issues quickly and efficiently. Further on, the opportunity of dealing with matters personally online ( like reviewing my budget for instance) proved to be an even more suitable and straight forward way of using my time.
