I knew I had to di something so took the courage to speak with Stepchange,in the end I had nothing to worry about as they made you feel at ease and always talked you through everything and helped in any way that they could. Patient, sympathetic and friendly advisors. Who helped to organise my debts and incoming finances to enable me to become debt free. I telephoned initially without being able to see a way out of debt. The advisors I spoke to on my journey were very helpful and adjusted payments easily if I was in a better or worse financial position. Luckily I had a pay increase at work and told StepChange, they increased the payments to my debtors easily which enabled me to become debt free quicker. Reviewed on: 1st June 2025
