Literal life savers.

Helped me out with no fuss. Customer service is fantastic, understood my issues and helped me every step of the way. They were very reassuring and compassionate. I don't think they understand the relief and mental help they gave me. I can't recommend them enough. sleep easier at last.

I had got myself into a great deal of money troubles on credit cards etc, but STEP CHANGE give me proper advice, and after completing a review with them they took my debts with companies and put them together at an affordable payment. More to the point all the companies had to agree,which they did not for me!!! Thank you step change for giving me my life back. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
