Debt management

I had debt from multiple places, I didn't have the funds to pay so I was recommended stepchange through citizens advice,they help me put all my debts in one place and they contacted the companies for me I just had to pay what I could afford,now I'm going to be debt free pretty soon Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Generally very positive

I think advice regarding defaults was lacking that these should be prioritised early on as in my case some of them came late on and will drag out the associated impairment. Contact with staff has been very positive and informative. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Step changed helped me when nobody else would.

Step changed helped me when nobody else would. Even though life changing circumstances [like having a baby so my income was reduced] , they were still able to help and advise me on payments . Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Despair to relief

We went from absolute despair, and felt like there was no way out to getting our life back. We were able to give the kids a much better experience than we ever thought we would.
