Don't be afraid to get help.

At a very dark time in my life, Stepchange was recommended to me. They were brilliant. I had put off contacting them as I just didn't want to face reality. But they were kind, and understanding, but also practical. The process was straightforward and once my plan was in place I could do everything online. I am so grateful for getting my life back. When anyone is in debt no matter how large or small you can't see your way out of and then you start looking for a quick fix solution just to get out of the despair you feel. From dark to light

I went from not sleeping to being able to breathe again and start to enjoy life again. Step Change are so helpful and do not judge you.
