A lifeline for those in debt

After losing my job in 2019 during the pandemic, I was not able to meet my monthly credit card and personal loan debt obligations. As a result I was being hounded by creditors and debt collection agencies. I approached Step Change, who contacted my creditors, arranged an interest freeze on my debt, and negotiated affordable monthly repayments on my behalf.
