i was scammed, frauded.

i owe money to a loan company but i did not borrow it the scammers did it and the police said it was fraud and the bank said it was fraud but the loan company said it was not fraud, i have police fraud phone number and same with my bank but i have to pay a very large sum of money back myself and step change helped me with a debt management plan. Life saver ...

StepChange changed my life

Following some critical changes and ending up on furlough during Covid, I found myself struggling with debt repayments. Ashamed and embarrassed, I didn’t know where to turn. They listened non-judgementally and put together a debt management plan. They supported me throughout the plan with regular updates and were always so easy to contact and talk to either by phone or email. I would recommend them to anybody who feels out of their depth with debt. I am now debt free and have been for almost a year, all thanks to StepChange. Reviewed on: 15th June 2024

StepChange saved me

6 years ago I had a debt of £45K and was at my wits end as the minimum payments to my creditors were just not eating into the debt and I could barely afford the payments. StepChange gave me back my life with an affordable monthly payment. Next month I will be debt free having paid off the lot. And yes I will be celebrating. Thank you StepChange. Stepchange literally saved my life , I was in a really bad place and thought there was only one way out but they were mentioned to me by a company that I owed money too and I haven't looked back since.
