I have had a DMP for 4 years and have 2 years left, I recently been off of work a lot and needed to suspend some payments then lower my budget and all through that they have been amazing, stress free, highly recommend if you’re struggling with dept, it is a hard step to take but it will be the best one. Mental health & business failure.

Dealing with a seriously depressed partner and mentally ill son & having had to deal with putting our business into insolvency as a result Step change saved our lives literally. I really don’t think I could have coped with any more stress. They stopped the constant phone calls dealt with all our creditors just gave us time to take a breath and start to sort out the mess, set up a reasonable repayment scheme and start to heal. So kind when I was sobbing down the phone to them. Just lovely, lovely people who do all they can to help I can’t recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Stepchange have been a godsend, after sleepless night after sleepless night of constantly worrying over debt - getting in touch with them was the best thing ever - it literally lifted my worries and took them away, thanks to them they speak to all your debtors on your behalf and you finally feel as though you can breathe and you have a clear vision of when everything will be paid off by Reviewed on: 15th May 2024
