I was really struggling financially with visa card debt and being a lone parent with 2 dependant children and even though I was working full time it was causing me loads of stress and impacting on my sleep my work and making me really anxious. As soon as I had had a discussion with an advisor I felt an enormous sense of relief. Stepchange are life savers

I called stepchange after my husband lost his job and we were so stressed and scared how we were going to manage our debts. The staff at stepchange were amazing. So knowledgeable and calming to with me. I came off the phone feeling happier knowing I had a solution to my debt problem and I wasn’t going to lose out house. Every call I’ve made the staff have been friendly and helped me sort myself out.
