It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Paying back my debt is much more manageable

After burying my head in the sand I finally came to the realisation that I needed help. I completed the online application with ease, the outcome was brilliant. Much more manageable payments so I’m now able to live my life and have money spare to enjoy family time. I'm 54 months in to a 6 year plan a Stepchange have been there throughout. I was in a dark place with crippling interest charges go on to my account every month from my creditors. The pressure wad taken away after joining up for a Stepchange plan .Probably one of the best decisions I've ever made Reviewed on: 7th June 2025
