It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Compassionate service

I was desperate when I contacted StepChange. I thought I was going to lose my house. But they worked with my personal circumstances and we have funds for our pets and are paying the mortgage arrears. It was such a relief. The budget is tight but manageable. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

I was suffering with my mental health and overwhelmed with all of my bills, Stepchange helped me to breath a sigh of relief, I appreciate the help so much.
