It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. StepChange 5 star

StepChange Debt Charity is an excellent service to use if you know your debts are spiralling out of control, and the threatening letters and phone calls are starting to come thick and fast. Make that step and contact these people by phone or online and they will help you manage things. I mostly did things online but also spoke to advisors twice and they were spot on. No judging, just advice and help to get you out of that dark place you've found yourself in. I now have a Debt Management Plan in place (DMP) and am able to make payments to all my creditors that I can afford to. There is light at the end of the tunnel and the people at this debt charity will help you there.. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

Stepchange help me to make DMP and contact the creditors. Without Stepchange I probably cannot pay on time high rates loans. DMP was better choice, thank you for your support! Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
