Highly recommended. Saved me from spiralling!

4 years ago I was left heavily in debt by my ex partner. I didn’t know what to do so contacted Stepchange. They were great and helped me deal with it and stopped me spiralling further. Superheroes without a cape!

When I first rang StepChange I was in a very bad financial position with a range of debts hanging over my head. I didn’t know how to deal with the mounting charges and interest charges being added to my debts . StepChange explained how they could help me become debt free, of course I was in! My debt management plan has been adjusted throughout to accommodate any financial changes and of course when one of the debtors is paid fully. When I lost my job during Covid, I rang StepChange worried, but they immediately settled any worries and talked me through my options. I would 100% recommend StepChange to anyone who is having trouble keeping up with their debtors payments and can’t see a way out, StepChange are like the superheroes in my story but without a cape!
