It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I was overwhelmed with debts and did not know how to go about help I went online and saw step change, I rang them up to see how they could help, they were so knowledgeable and made me feel calmer regarding the debts I had.We went through a solution that was an affordable payment each month this was wonderful. Ive had the best experience with stepchange so far.

Highly recommended

As a single mum on maternity leave I was unable to keep up with my credit card repayments. It was for the first time in my life I got into such a difficult financial situation and not being able to work for a while I didn't see a way out of the mess. I'm now on a debt repayment plan with StepChange and I can just say I highly recommend anybody struggling financially to get in touch with them.
