Amazing service - forever grateful .

For various reasons we got ourselves into a financial mess, after researching our options we contacted Step Change. From that first contact there was no judgement just help, Step Change contacted all the companies we owed money to and arranged an affordable 5 year repayment plan. The relief we felt when this plan was put in place was immense. We are now 2 years into that plan and are looking forward to being debt free in another 3 years. Stepchange helped me through one of the hardest time...

Stepchange helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. They were so knowledgeable on what I needed to do next and really. changed the direction my life was heading. There was judgement just strong practical advice and a proper understanding when I thought mine would be the only time they’d heard such a story. They advised how to put a proper plan into place and fully explained the options and what to expect in the future. I’ve stuck with this plan and I’ve been paying my debts off for many years but I’ve never looked back and I know any queries or questions I can get in touch with Stepchange and they’d be there for me.
