It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Overall a great service from Step Change.

I did have a big problem earlier in the process with step change because they initially sent me down the wrong debt management route. This was later corrected by another employee, and this time things went smoothly. Despite this problem, the staff at step change were friendly, understanding and very easy to deal with.
