Exceptional StepChange team

The StepChange team are extremely knowledgeable and supportive to those who are following a debt management programme. I could not rate them high enough. The team do not judge you but instead work with you to form a budget to work to that helps you pay off your debt. StepChange give you budgetary advice that helps you stay out if debt. All the customer service advisers I have dealt with over 4 years have all been exceptional. If you are struggling with debts then you need to use this company. Best in class. Step change has been invaluable in our debt management

Step change helped evaluate all our debts and what action was best suited for us. The biggest step is making that phone call and admitting you’re in need of help. They guided us through our debt management plan and organised affordable payment plans. They keep in touch and can amend our plan if circumstances change which we have done. The relief of finally being in control of our debt as opposed to it controlling us is why I would highly recommend them. There is no shame in reaching out for help. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
