No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Five stars all the way!

Stepchange are an amazing charity and have really help me feel that I am on top of my debts. It took me a long time to contact them, as I was feeling so low and embarrassed to be in the position I was in, owing so much money. I’m so pleased that I contacted them, they helped me put together a plan that I have been able to comfortably manage for over a year. The whole process has been so simple and so reassuring. When I have called to speak to someone the staff have always been so understanding, helpful and completely non judgemental. After going through a divorce and things got a bit too much, step change were recommended by a friend and they really helped alleviate the repayments of the debt I had built up due to this. They have been extremely helpful to make it affordable and to ensure I can still live, enjoy a little and manage what I can to repay what is comfortable for me. The best experience

Peace of mind.

Stepchange give you some peace of mind instead of dealing with the company you owe money. They talk on your behalf. I am still paying my debt for little my little. Dealing with the person o company you owe money would be much worse. I would not be able to handle the situation. So far stepchange been great. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Step Change, the best thing since sliced bread.

We had quite a lot of debt and eventually contacted Step Change I believe in 2018, it is now 2024 and I am hoping and expect my debt to be cleared by December this year, Step Change has been with me every step of the way, I don't know where I would have been if I had not contacted them those 6 years ago, they have been very professional always polite and I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic they have been and they are still helping me until the end of the year, I recommend them to anyone who has any financial problems, you will not regret it, Thank you Step Change for everything you have done for us. from I. & M.
