Stepchange helped me when I was really low

I found stepchange when I was in a situation where my debts were out of hand and I could not get on top of them. They took the stress away from me and contacted all my creditors and got all my additional charges frozen. I then did an income and expenditure form where we worked out what I could afford to pay step change, and they then split that between each creditor. I am still paying this now and have never been stressed about my debt since. Stepchange literally helped me come out of depression I had around mu finances! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

StepChange dug me out of a hole

It took less than a week for StepChange to get my debts organised into small payments and show me all the options that were available. They gave a full detail account of all my options and let me decide how I felt was best for me to pick.
