It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. You gave us hope.

When we realised, coming up to retirement that our credit card bill was more than we were going to be able to handle on our pensions so we called StepChange, explained our situation to them and asked for their help. They spoke to our creditors and sorted everything out for us with a debt management plan that allowed us to lead a normal stress free retirement while paying off our debt.
