It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Stepchange were a lifeline for me.

Stepchange were a lifeline for me. They talked me through everything and certainly eased my mind and convinced me that there was light at the end of the tunnel. They sorted my debt problems out and with regular monthly payments I am debt free. They negotiated with my creditors which stopped me getting threatening letters from creditors. Stepchange really are a godsend!...

Stepchange really are a godsend & gave me realistic & constructive help when I got into a hole due to a bereavement and being landed with double rent after a flatmate moved out suddenly & my credit provider was unhelpful,counter productive & toxic ,I really would’ve been lost without Stepchange’s help and advice and finally got to be able to sleep at night.
