Dealing with unexpected life changes.,

My husband had walked out and left me with a large mortgage and bills to pay by myself. I had a well paid job but had credit cards, a loan and did not expect to find myself in this position. I heard of step change and they were extremely understanding and helped me to weather the financial storm I found myself in. I have kept up my payments and when I did ever have to phone them always found them sympathetic and caring. Just the sort of attitude you need when you are personally going through hell. Stepchange have really helped me when I was in a financial hole and didn't know where to turn. They've been so komd and helpful and taken away the worry I had over repayments and now I pay what I can afford without harassment from debt recovery companies. I'm thankful they are there for me.
