No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

I went to Stepcange after i just couldnt keep up!!!

I went to Stepcange after i just couldnt keep up with my credit card repayments. i spoke to them online and filled out a budget form, they contacted my credit card providers and now i can keep up, I dont think that will be the end of the stress but hopefully a good start in the right direction. Dealing with unexpected life changes.,

My husband had walked out and left me with a large mortgage and bills to pay by myself. I had a well paid job but had credit cards, a loan and did not expect to find myself in this position. I heard of step change and they were extremely understanding and helped me to weather the financial storm I found myself in. I have kept up my payments and when I did ever have to phone them always found them sympathetic and caring. Just the sort of attitude you need when you are personally going through hell.
