It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. During COVID we realised that it was impossible to m...

During COVID we realised that it was impossible to maintain our debt. We contacted Stepchange and they assessed us before making any decisions. We did have choices too and eventually agreed on a debt management plan. Since taking out the plan, we have increased payments as our circumstances changed. It was a huge relief that all our creditors agreed to the plan and it has completely changed our lives. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
