Very helpful. Calms the nerves.

StepChange were very helpful and patient throughout the whole process, from informing me about the options available to me and their suitability for my circumstances to form completion and instructions on how to address issues with county courts. The process from start to finish is simple and straightforward and the addition of them implementing a period of breathing space also contribituted to easing any immediate worries that I had. Kind, supportive and fantastic staff

I was really worried and step change completely helped me. My journey with them has been excellent. My husband passed away after 18 months of starting our plan and the staff were so incredibly emphatic and supportive. Flawless experience

Everyone that I spoke to was so kind. It helped me gain perspective quickly and release the shame that I had surrounding my debt. The advice that I received took into account my needs at no point did I feel pressurised into making a decision. When i did decide that setting up a DMP was the right solution for me.
