Help in times of need.

Great people who are really there to help you out in times of need, I am really glad I took the plunge and got help now I'm on a plan and and looking forward to the future debt free. They gave me hope.

I know its a cliche but there was a time when I literally thought I had nowhere to turn. The breakdown of a marriage, becoming a single parent and left with a lot of debt. All advisors were helpful from start to finish. I dreaded ringing with our dept problems, they made me feel so comfortable. All through the 5 years of paying off our debts, they were helpful, not once did they make me feel guilty for having debts. At the end of the 5 years the feeling of elation was unbelievable. Gave us hope and reassurance

In our retirement we were facing a dreadful future of debts that had to be repaid and no income, StepChange showed us the way to remain in our own home and pay off our creditors monthly whilst still having money to live on to pay for food and other essential bills. So grateful for Stepchange intervention

I have used Stepchange for the purpose of debt management. I was introduced to them two years ago and they’ve intervened with my creditors on my behalf. Since then, they have helped me so much in managing my debt. I pay an agreed amount every month and on a year basis, I update my current circumstances and so far have reduced my outgoings. No judgement, just guidance 100%

Honestly, was the best nights sleep the day I spoke to Stepchange and put my plan in place. Every call was met without judgement and always helpful and informative. Have since recommended them to another friend in need. Please, if you are struggling with debts it’s well worth a call. BUT if you are a person like me who has just one dream in whole life which is paying to the last penny of my debts to creditors, Stepchange will also support you with Debt Management Plan (DMP) to stand up and continue your challenge AS LONG AS YOU ARE IN BELIEVING YOURSELF YOU CAN DO THIS. I can't find a word to appreciate all Stepchange dedicated professional team and managers have done in support of me during last almost 10 years. STEPCHANE HAVE MADE ME BELIEVE, DEBTS ARE NOT IMPOSSIBLE CHALLENGE TO BE PAID BACK IN FULL, EVEN IF IT TAKE UNKNOWN TIME BECOMES TRUE, AS LONG AS I TRUELY FEEL BY CONTINUING MY CHALLENGES, ONE DAY I WILL PAY IT BACK TO CREDITORS IN FULL.
