It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Life changing support

Since signing up for a DMP with step change our lives have changed for the better. The feeling of our debit being cleared and being able to afford to live is amazing. Step Change make a huge difference

Step Change have helped me get my debts under control and become manageable. They helped pick me up when I was in crisis and didn’t know where to turn, and I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. They explain everything and never judge you for being in debt which helps a lot. Paying the debt off by direct debit to Step Change and getting a monthly statement and yearly review, helps me to know exactly what I owe and to whom. It also gives me an end date by which the debt will be repaid which is great to work towards. I would have struggled to have coped without Step Change’s advice and guidance, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same position and struggling.
