It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. When I was first starting to get my debts in order I was constantly worrying about how I would manage to pay it off but thankfully step change helped me see I could pay them off with a dmp and were there every step of the way. First class advice and support

I will forever be grateful for the help and support I have been given by the staff at Stepchange. My creditors stopped harassing me for payment, the interest and additional charges stopped after a couple of months and I pay an affordable monthly amount.
