No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

I was getting overwhelmed with my money worries and...

I was getting overwhelmed with my money worries and a creditor mentioned step change to me. I contacted them and they were really helpful. They never made me feel inadequate that I couldn't manage my finances. They went through everything with me and we made a plan. It has been liberating that I can finally breathe again. When I contacted stepchange I was at my wits end,the...

When I contacted stepchange I was at my wits end,they listened to my situation and we came up with a plan between us to help to get myself on the road to recovery.they calm you down and put your mind at rest with regards be able to cope, they talk to your creditors on your behalf and come to an agreement with them to help you out anyway that they can. I really want to thank stepchange for the help and guidance they gave me, I have 2 more months of payments then after 3 yrs I’m done,I will have repaid my dues and I couldn’t have done it without the help of the guys at stepchange Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

After struggling with credit card payments
