Steps to mindful financial management

Step Change provided informative and easily accessible financial management support, at a time when I felt overwhelmed by debt and without any other alternative repayment options. Reviewed on: 9th June 2025

Brilliant!

When I found myself with debt problems last year I summed up the courage to speak to my creditors, and more than one company referred me to Step Change debt management company, to help me work out a plan to move forward. When I finally spoke to someone from Step Change they were really empathetic to my problems, and helped me create a budget and monthly payment that would help me to pay my debts, whilst still being able to live.
