It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. A helping hand

I went through a bad time with losing my job and getting in to debt. StepChange guided us through and now we have an acceptable payment each month to pay our creditors. They took the stress away and myself and my family are so grateful. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

I have been with StepChange Debt Management for over three years after the dissolution of my marriage due to DV which left me in a lot of debt. It has since been a smooth sail and relief from fear which was affecting my mental health with the uncertainty of what the future holds for me and my family.
