Step change have helped me arrange manageable payments with my debtors. All I had to do was give step change the info about my finances and they did the rest. I am kept up to date with monthly statements which is useful for keeping track of your payments and also seeing your debt going down. The website is very easy to navigate and you can also view and manage your budget should you struggle to keep up payments. No way out?? Yes there is.

I was lost, drowning in debt with no way out. Once I contacted step change the advisor was a friendly ear and helped me both emotionally and financially. I felt shame and anger at myself for letting my situation get the better of me. Now I’m debt free having paid all my creditors back everything I owed. Step change were able to stop more interest being added to my debts and sorted a payment plan out for me and became the intermediary between my creditors and me. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
