It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Being able to do the whole thing online is such a huge benefit if, like me you struggle to talk with people about debt, because you feel ashamed. I went off the Financial Rails in a big way after my wife Died and stupidly got myself deep in debt. The best decision I made was contacting Stepchange and after a thirough review a Debt Management Plan was recommended...I have paid off well over half of what I owed and this unlike an IVA doesn't line the administrators pockets and yhe freezing of interest is a god send...Highly Recommend Stepchange.
